Since 1993, Latitude 33 Planning and Engineering has been helping clients achieve success in all aspects of land planning and engineering. Based in San Diego our planners and engineers have worked successfully with clients, local cities and other public agencies to devise creative and responsive solutions for our projects.
Latitude 33 provides quality land planning, civil engineering and survey services to both the private and public sectors of the land development market. Our private sector experience includes the planning and design of residential, educational and biotechnology facilities, commercial, office, industrial and mixed-use developments. While our public sector experience includes the preparation of numerous urban design, school and university projects, park and recreation, roadways, environmental design and community planning studies for city, county, Cal trans and federal agencies. Latitude 33 provides comprehensive services that range from conceptual land planning to detailed engineering, grading and infrastructure design, as well as construction support.
Planning and civil engineering teams are closely integrated for a comprehensive interdisciplinary team approach to a project's design. Skilled professionals combine their technical expertise with a working knowledge of local political forces, environmental concerns, economic realities, planning procedures and development processes to address the special complexities and challenges of each project.
