Residential Johnson CommunitiesLatitude 33 provided the land planning, entitlement and preliminary and final engineering for five of Johnson Communities projects within the Del Mar Mesa Specific Plan area: Mesa Verde Estates Unit 1 and Unit 2, Hollywood and Vine, Vista Bougainvillea, Arroyos Del Mar, and Terrazo Bougainvillea. These single-family projects were split into five planning areas. These areas consisted of 6, 7, 8, 16 and 44 dwelling units, totalling at 81. The project includes boundary adjustments to the city's multi-planning area and street, storm, sewer and water design solutions.
