Latitude 33 is providing land planning, entitlement and engineering service for a 28 acre portion of the Village Center in the Pacific Highlands Ranch community, the specific project consists of 292 dwelling units, 215,000 s.f. of office and commercial space, a transit center, a 3-acre civic use area and space for an 18,000 s.f. public library.  The pedestrian oriented development is the focal point of the award-winning Pacific Highlands Ranch subarea.
