Latitude 33 provided land planning entitlement, and preliminary and final engineering for the redevelopment of a dilapidated industrial site in the Kearny Mesa community of San Diego.  This mixed use urban infill project consists of 288 one, two and three-bedroom dwelling units (including affordable housing units) and 20,000 s.f. of office space atop a multi-story parking garage.   The site fronts on Kearny Villa Road (four-lane major street) and overlooks Cabrillo  Heights Park.  The project involved Community (Kearny Mesa) and General Plan Amendments, a Vesting Tentative Map, and a Planned Development Permit.
