Randi Coopersmith

Principal Planner

Randi Coopersmith has a Masters degree in Urban Geography from San Diego State University and a degree from University of California at Berkeley in Geography.  He has a broad range of public and private sector planning experience throughout southern California.  Since leaving the City of Escondido Planning Department in 1984, Randi has applied his jurisdictional knowledge and experience to assist clients in processing and approving discretionary projects.  His planning and project management skills have aided clients with master planning of large complex land use projects (residential, industrial, commercial, and open space), redevelopment projects, General and Community Plans and Amendments, schools and parks, and public facility financing plans.  Randi is a founding Principal of Latitude 33.
