Steven Kettler is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Civil Engineering.  He has a broad range of experience as a Civil Engineer throughout southern California.  During Steven’s career, which began in 1987, he has successfully completed projects as single and multiple uses including residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional.  His extensive work experience and management skills contributed to the approval of a broad range of projects from small projects for single family homeowners to complicated large scale projects for large corporations.  Steven became a Partner of Latitude 33 in 2002.
