Latitude 33 is responsible for preparing and processing the land planning, entitlement, and, engineering for the hotel expansion (150 rooms), 417 residential units (MF and SF lots), and a redesign of the championship golf course. Specifically, this work includes preparation of a Specific Plan, General Plan Amendment, Vesting Tentative Map, and Rezone, site design, grading, infrastructure, as well as negotiations with City and County staff, the California Department of Transportation, and Pechanga band of Native Americans.
