Latitude 33 provided planning, entitlement, and engineering services for the 227-acre project.  The project included the transformation of a 27-hole golf course into an 18-hole golf course with 535 residentual units, a Community Center, an Aquatic Facility, and a Clubhouse, located in the City of Aliso Viejo, California.
