Master PlanCastlerockLatitude 33 is responsible for preparing and processing a Community Plan Amendment and a General Plan Amendment, the land plan, vesting Tentative Map, and is performing all phases of civil engineering for the 2-acre, 489-dwelling unit Master Planned project located adjoining the City of San Diego and the City of Santee boundary. Project design responds to intense public controversy, preservation of sensitive habitat, the multi-habitat planning area, and a complex solution to sewer and water services.
