David Sibbet is a graduate of San Diego State with a degree in Geography.  Beginning his career with the County of San Diego, Department of Planning and Land Use in 1996, he has work on a broad range of projects.  David’s extensive experience includes master planning for large, complex land use projects, redevelopment projects, general plans, public facilities and phasing plans, and coordination with government agencies, with major emphasis on planning and design for both public and private sector projects requiring approvals from multiple public agencies.  David became a Partner of Latitude 33 in 2007.
