Fairbanks Summit I and II

Latitude 33 provided final engineering for 31 total acre project of Fairbanks Summit I and II. 20.7 acre Fairbanks Summit I project constructed 35 single family dwellings with a private gated entry, a system of private driveways with a par course and hiking and equestrian trails.  The project is located at the eastern end of Rancho Santa Fe Drive at Via Abertura just west of Black Mountain Ranch.  The project required the acquisition of a CIty Open Space Lot for access and included a Rezone, VTM, PRD and RPO Permits.  10.4 acre Fairbanks Summit II project constructed 17 single family dwellings with and a 10 unit affordable housing project with private driveways, hiking and equestrian trails.  The project required a Rezone, VTM, PDP and SDP.
