Latitude 33 provided acquisition due diligence, entitlements, infrastructure design, and onsite final engineering services for a 550,000 s.f., five-building campus in the Mira Mesa community of the City of San Diego. The development includes corporate office, research facilities and state-of-the-art conference center for General Instrument’s Communications Division. Services included vacation of three streets, development of a 25-acre mass graded campus (130,000 c.y.) and site engineering for Phase I, including two buildings and 326,000 s.f. over 16 acres.
