Bio-Tech / IndustrialGen-Probe - Master Plan - Phase 1 Facility Latitude 33 provided full civil engineering services for this 42-acre, 750,000 s.f. master planned bio-technical facility in the Lusk Mira Mesa East Business Park in San Diego, including infrastructure master planning, subdivision mapping, mass grading and public improvement design, street vacation and easement abandonment, technical assistance in obtaining a Coastal Development Permit, and final engineering design for the 275,000 s.f. Phase I building and mass grading of 300,000 c.y. for the entire Master Plan.
