Grand Del Mar

Latitude 33 provided land planning, entitlement, and engineering (preliminary and final) services for the 390-acre development.  The project includes an 18-hole championship golf course, 134 luxury homes, and a  300-room five-star resort hotel project located in the Del Mar Mesa area of San Diego.  Site design included considerations minimizing grading and disturbance of the property’s varied topography, sensitive habitat and wildlife corridors.  Our services included master planning; tentative and final mapping; water, sewer and storm drain master plans; final engineering; and construction survey for all of Del Mar Mesa (Subarea 5).  Project substantially completed – Golf Course and Residential – 2003, Hotel and Villas Resort – 2007.
