Latitude 33 provided land planning, preliminary and final engineering for the 108 acre project.  Construction of the 235 single family dwellings, a 76 unit multi-family affordable housing project and several commercial lots on 108 acres of SR-56 and west of Entreken Way and Sundance Avenue.  The project included dedication and grading for the SR-56 off ramp and construction of two sewer mains across the freeway together with the construction of Camino Del Sur through the project.  The homes were constructed by both Greystone Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.
