Harmony Grove

Latitude 33 is responsible for preparing and processing the land planning, entitlement, and engineering services for an 111-acre site located in the Harmony Grove area in the County of San Diego. The project includes 216 single-family units with several miles of trails, and numerous acres of open space.   Project includes discretionary applications; a General Plan Amendment, a Specific Plan, a Rezone, a Vesting Tentative Map, and Administrative Permit.  Included are single-family home sites, varying in size from 4,200 square feet to 12,000 square feet.
