Mixed UseBridgworks - Hotel and Retail CenterLatitude 33 provided preliminary and final engineering for this mixed-use project located in the Gaslamp area of Downtown San Diego. The hotel, and retail project involved preservation of a park, an existing brick building, street and public upgrades and improvements, and grading plans.
