ResidentialInn at La Jolla CondominiumsLatitude 33 provided tentative mapping, final engineering and final mapping for a 4-acre, 137-unit condominium project in the Bird Rock neighborhood of La Jolla. Design consists of 14 separate gate-guarded buildings with a common pool facility over an underground parking structure. Project involves two street vacations and a public sewer main abandonment/re-route.
