Latitude 33 provided preliminary and final design for this fast-track, 45,000 s.f. biomedical research facility on three acres in the Torrey Pines Research Center in La Jolla, California.  Scope included site selection and due diligence phase, preliminary design, Planned Industrial Development and Coastal Development Permits and final site engineering.
