Site improvement design for a 50,000 square foot, 4-acre bio-technical facility and an 80,000 s.f., 5.5 acre facility in the Torrey Pines Research Center in La Jolla, California, including technical assistance in obtaining a Coastal Development Permit and PID permit.  Both projects involved construction of two-story office/lab facilities constructed over underground parking.
