Latitude 33 provided master infrastructure planning, preliminary and final civil engineering design, and construction survey for the North County Square retail development in Vista, California.  Development consists of 800,000 square feet of retail space on 30 acres in the city of Vista at the interchange of Sycamore and SR-78, including a 126,000 s.f. Wal-Mart store and a 130,000 s.f. Target store.
