Bio-Tech / IndustrialNovartis Institute for Functional GenomicsLatitude 33 provided land planning, entitlement, and civil engineering services (preliminary and final) for a six-building biotechnical complex comprising 230,000 s.f., with a three-level subterranean parking garage. The civil design included public and private utilities, grading, and storm drainage. The entitlement effort included a Planned Industrial Development and Coastal Development Permits for the use and of on site features (trails, etc.), and adjustments to the City’s Multi-Habitat Planning Areas boundary.
