Latitude 33 provided entitlement permit processing, final mapping, civil engineering and construction survey for an 18-acre, 215,000 s.f. retail center in the Mission Valley community of the City of San Diego at the northeast corner of Mission Center Road and Camino de la Reina.  Final design included 1,000,000 c.y. of grading and parking for 1,100 cars.
