The continuing education project is a two-story facility located on the campus of Mesa College in San Diego. Voted ENR California’s 2013 “Best Project” in the higher education category, the project comprises approximately 37,500-square-feet of new space to serve the continuing education departments, including English as a second language (ESL), parent/child development, emeritus and disability support programs and services. The building was designed to consolidate the continuing education operations, which were housed in temporary classrooms at Clairemont High School and Linda Vista Presbyterian Church. Latitude 33 prepared construction documents for the civil work and the processes through approval with the Development Services Department.
