Rancho Cielo

Latitude 33 is providing land planning, tentative mapping, civil engineering, and construction administration for a 2,000 acre Master Planned project.  The community includes 475 high-end single-family dwelling units, 9.34 - acre commercial center, and acres of open space. The 2007 Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) Award Winning project is located adjacent to Rancho Santa Fe, the design included approximately 1.1 million c.y. of grading, 17 miles of streets, and an aqueduct.
