Residential Rancho Valley FarmsLatitude 33 is responsible for preparing and processing the land plan, entitlement and civil engineering services for a 42-acre residential project located in the North City Future Urbanizing Area of the City of San Diego. The project involves obtaining a State of California Coastal Development Permit, a Vesting Tentative Map, a Planned Development Permit and a Neighborhood Use Permit for 10 single-family dwelling units. The project is consistent with the City’s Multiple Species Conservation Program and provides an equestrian trail with a 32 acre lot which is being dedicated to the city of San Diego.
