Santee Trolley Square Retail Center

Latitude 33 provided preliminary engineering, tentative mapping, infrastructure design and entitlements for this planned 440,000 s.f. transit oriented design retail center situated on 49 acres in the heart of Santee’s Town Center Planning Area.  The Center will include a 24-theatre entertainment complex, light rail transit station, a civic amphitheater, five additional major retail users, plus six restaurant sites.
