Latitude 33 provided civil engineering, topography, preliminary and final site design. Completed December 2002, 8 fraternity meeting houses and a 62-unit, four-story apartment complex over an underground parking garage on a 1.4-acre site. Street improvements surrounding two sides and necessary street vacation and utility relocations.
