Latitude 33 provided land planning, entitlement, and preliminary engineering for the 139 single-family dwelling unit project located in the Del Mar Mesa Specific Plan area of the city of San Diego. The project is based upon an organic design that includes 6 acres of open space, a bridge over Shaw Valley, and extensive pedestrian/equestrian trails. In addition the area provides a vernal pool management area to continually preserve sensitive environments.
